How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to support@furtilo.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Use the button below to open a pre-filled email.
2. Include the app you use (customer, merchant or delivery partner) and the phone number registered on the account. Sending from your registered email address, if you have one, speeds this up.
3. We may reply to confirm it is really you, for example by an OTP to your registered number.
4. We delete your account and data within 30 days of confirming your request, and email you when it is done.

Button not opening your email app? Write to support@furtilo.com from any email account with the subject Account Deletion Request, and include your app name and registered phone number.

Merchants and delivery partners: settle any pending payouts, cash-on-delivery balances or open orders first; we will tell you if something blocks deletion.

Data that is deleted

• Profile details: name, phone number, email address and profile photo
• Saved delivery addresses and location data linked to your account
• Contacts synced from your device (customer app)
• Push notification tokens, device identifiers and login sessions
• Ratings, reviews, support conversations and files you uploaded
• Merchants: store profile, menu and product data and photos
• Delivery partners: KYC documents, selfies, shift and location-tracking history

Data that is kept, and for how long

• Order, payment, refund, invoice and payout records — kept for up to 8 years to meet tax, GST and accounting obligations. These are retained in a restricted form and used only for legal and audit purposes.
• Fraud-prevention and dispute records — kept for up to 2 years where needed to resolve disputes or prevent abuse.
• Delivery partner and merchant KYC/agreement records — kept where the law requires, for up to 8 years.
• Backups — deleted data is purged from backups within 90 days.
• Anonymised analytics — crash and usage data that can no longer identify you may be kept.

Once deletion is complete you will be signed out everywhere and cannot recover the account. You can register again later with the same number as a new account.

Only want to delete some data?

Email us the same way and say which data you want removed (for example saved addresses or synced contacts). You can also revoke location, contacts and notification permissions any time in your device settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
